I usually really like Lowe's (prefer over Home Depot) but i'm disappointed with them right now. We ordered a new screen door for our front door and requested installation. I received a call this morning stating that the guy they use to install doors came to our home (I was not home) to look at our front door and states that he can't put our new door on because he "doesn't know how to do it." Well I am disappointed in one of Lowe's employees. I never served my country but support it 110% . I was wearing a Navy hoodie in this store today. And when one of there employees walked by looking very busy and working I simply said smile a little. She looks directly at my Navy Hoodie rolled her eyes and nasty like said i" I don't have to". Well she is right she doesn't. But there was definitely an underlying attitude towards my NAVY hoodie. I'm disappointed
