I don't usually do stuff like this, but enough is enough with my recent Lowe's Home Improvement experience. On June 8th we went to Lowe's Mantua to buy a new washer and dryer. We selected a model based on what we were told was available and "in stock." We did not receive delivery for 10 days, which was fine. However, when they came they the wrong color. Again, no big deal. In January my wife and I purchased a Washer, Dryer, and Refrigerator from the Lowes in Mantua New Jersey. We set the delivery date for March 7th, the day we were moving into our townhouse. On March 6th, I called the store to make sure everything was set for the following day. They told me the Washer and Dryer were ready to go but they didn't have the refrigerator. Had a dryer set to be delivered today. They never called the day before to give me a 4 hour window. I called this morning and was told between 830am-1230pm... 1pm comes and its not here and I call and told that my window is 1pm-5pm that I was given the wrong information. How about better communication with your customers
