I work for a company and Lowes hired us to to a reset in Lawn and Garden, we were told that we would have equipment operators and help when we needed it, needless to say neither of those happened, one of our guys about broke his arm trying to lower the uprights, they gave us ladders instead of lifts, broke also every safty regulations there were, and the store manager was stupid as hell and didn't know what we were taking about when we asked for something..... I walked around for 10 minutes yelling until someone helped me. I think no one works anymore.

I purchased a vanity online so I could run in and pick it up. 36 minutes later I got my paid for vanity. There was a couple waiting for 2 hours for a credit approval and I watched another person returning a register cover it took 20 minutes I watched 2 employees chatting 1 going on break and 1 sweeping the floor while we all waited I continue to shop at this store because it is so close to home but I'm going to have to make a change. Don't get me started about the miserable employees
Terrible staff and customer service!! Refused to help load truck with materials I bought and manager wouldn't come to talk to me!!
