Places an order for online pickup. Opted to do curbside. Called the store selected option 2 (specifically for curbside pickup) and the call essentially started over “for curbside pickup press 2” so I tried two more times with the same result. In order to get to customer service you have to listen to the entire first menu of departments then the second menu of departments to be told “0 for sales associate” so I did that only to have the phone be picked up then put on hold. I placed an on line order. Received email updates that my order was arriving today, all items. Order arrived on time as promised but is missing part of my order. I have called the store but have been disconnected repeatedly.
Unbelievable how many employees and customers not wearing any mask at all in the store during the covid-19 pandemic. Not only is it disgusting but it’s irresponsible. I will not shop at or recommend this store to anyone if this is how your employees are going to act at this time. I will take my money somewhere else.
Unreal! I went in for a few things the cashier sends me to customer service & everyone’s giving a attitude. I showed them a price online for them to match and they tried to say I wasn’t on the Lowe’s website and I even had the item number correct and talked to another employee who said I was correct! The employees don’t wanna do there jobs more then they have to! The manager needs to be more involved and paying attention cause this is ridiculous!! This is why I go to Home Depot!
