Terrible customer service stay away
Why have a chat function if they can’t do anything. So I contacted chat to tell the their daily deal is showing the incorrect price when you add to the cart. Sooooooo...the helpful chat person looks up what I just stated and tells me the same thing. Yeah, I know...I’m the one who told you. His response is I can go to the store and get the sell price? Marc is an outstanding employee!! He first helped us in the door department & then helped us with a wood cut! He went above & beyond to assist us today!! Excellent employee !!!
Bliss is not doing business with Lowes!! Worst customer service and install team. 6 months to finish a kitchen and it's still not done.
