Lacey has the absolute worst customer service possible. I never knew picking up a new Dishwasher bought online would be such an issue. First im told jts not here its at another store. Then i go to the other store and they say it was at the oringinal store. Still waiting for 45 minutes so they can "Find it". How does Lowes stay in business. Never again! Used to love Lowes....

I recommend everything about LOWE’S! I have been shopping at the Oly store since it opened on Martin Way! Now the Lacey store off College Street and Yelm Hwy has hired me!!! I start there on the 18th!

If you work at Lowe's fix your attitude!! You choose where you work!! Everyone is so rude at the Lacey Lowe's it's unbelievable!!! We spend way too much money to have to run around looking for help and then when we find it they act like your bothering them! IT IS YOUR JOB!!
There isn’t much selection in the garden section. No organic veggies and no lavender. I’d say it’s understocked. I hear the same from my friends in the area. They avoid that Lowe’s.
Dear Lowes, It has been 28 days since I called for a repair on my new dishwasher that I purchased from you. There have been 2 days that I have taken off from work to be home for the repairman. Both days no one showed up. The manufacturer simply will not send someone out. I respectfully request that you please be my advocate and get someone out to repair my new $900.00 dishwasher, You must sell a lot of these appliances and obviously they will not respond to me. I feel that 28 days waiting for service is shameful.
Consumers should be aware that Lowe's does not stand behind the appliances they sell. If they sell you a defective appliance you will be on your own trying to get any help from the manufacturer. I purchased a high end GE dishwasher from Lowe's on Jan. 10, 2018. It took a month for them to deliver it and when they did it leaked.
