Tried ordering a few things with the curbside pickup. Ordered at 7:00am. Come 4:00 pm no email mentioning they were gather stuff. Or order is ready for pickup. So now the next day has shown up and now 3:00pm still nothing. So arrived at the store at customer service and mentioned a online order and they told me oh online pickup is 4-5 days out. This will be the 3rd day of trying to get in the front door. Social distancing has defeated itself, instead of going to one store, we now have 4 others to go to today. This exposes all customers and employees to more repeated exposure for longer lengths of time. Disabled seniors beware, curbside pickup doesn’t cover all essentials.
I was given the wrong door. No big deal. They said they said they would make it right. Manager said he would call me Tuesday. It's Friday, so I called them. A very snotty girl told me the manager was busy and probably wouldnt come to the phone. Then she felt the need to let me know there is a pandemic. Really? I think I am aware of that. SHAME ON YOU A PUBLIC HEALTH CRISIS AND I WALK IN THE STORE AND SEE YOU SELLING BOXES OF NITRILE GLOVES WHEN OUT FIRST RESPONDERS AND MEDICAL PEOPLE NEED THESE.
-1STAR We were just treated like thieves! I am a small business owner and went to pick up a grade level. We were followed around the store and prevented from checking out at the garden center because they closed it 13 minutes early. The employee who closed it had just told us that it closed at 8pm we had 20 minutes and she corrected another employee who tried stopping us and holding our item.
I can always whatever I need for my home improvement projects. plus the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.
I always shop here and love it. The kids like to build things at the children’s workshops as well.
