My dishwasher stopped draining so I thought the pipe was clogged. So I called a plumber and they came out and figured out the motor for draining the water stopped working. RecommendedThe staff is amazing. Even before I started working there it was my local home improvement store and when I was a customer there they treated me great. I really remember Morgan and Gant and Josh the tool manager. They have always treated me and my family wonderfully.
If you want fast, accurate service, don't go to Lowes. The are so unorganized! We purchased a new washer and dryer set only to find out that we had been charged for two washers. Then they tried to deliver a broken dryer. From that point on, it has been a complete nightmare Everything about this experience has been awful and we still dont have our dryer.
I like to tell everyone about my most recent experience at the Lowe’s in Lacey if that is acceptable on this page as I think it is. So I purchased a Husqvarna zero turn on September 8th my receipt says delivery to the store is on September 15th. So I called about mid morning to see if it had come in and it had not. No service rang bell several times no one came and couldn’t find no one
Poor service- no one around to assist after requesting several times & waiting a long time for anyone to even show up who didn’t even help but barely answered a question I asked- very disappointing

My husband and I have shopped at this Lowe's for years. It is convenient to our home, and generally well stocked, with helpful staff. HOWEVER it is frustrating with the statewide mask mandate to see employees walking around on the floor with their masks at their chins. Please encourage your employees to take the masks seriously, at least when they are walking near or interacting with customers! I know I do, and I don't want to shop somewhere where masks are not being worn over noses and mouths. Thanks.
