The WORST contractor-friendly store in history. When it takes over to get a tub it’s a little ridiculous. Especially when it’s a complete ghost town in here. Not to mention pro services are gone at 3:30.

Never have appliances in stock. Bought a washer and dryer in may, had to go to palm coast to get it. Bought a lawn mower in June, had to go to palm coast for it. Purchased fridge in November, got it home. Broken ice maker. Returned today. They weren’t happy about taking it back bc I should have used man. Warranty.. oh I tried that too.. fridgeaire never came to fix it. Now, no fridge in stock, literally not one. Told me it was bc of Black Friday. Went into Lowes and have been excited that there was a choice outside of Home Depot. As a Realtor I gift my clients gift cards for their new homes. When I purchased two $50.00 gift cards you choose to charge your customers $5 for a .50 cent gift card. Making my purchase 10% more then need be. Have never purchased gift cards from a business charging me money to spend money. Shame now going back to Home Depot and Ace Hardware.
Beware that the delivery driver will tell passers by what you are having delivered...thanks lowes just what we want, crackheads knowing exacly what new things are in your house....
