I love shopping at the Lowe's in Sierra Vista. Everytime I'm in the store all the associates are very nice and always help me find what im looking for. The store manager John Locke has even stopped what he was doing to help me. I would highly recommended Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs.
Beware!!! Do not work with this management team on any home improvement needs! After investing in close to an $8,000 job in home improvement needs, John Locke is an incompetent manager who should not be representing LOWE"S in any capacity. All we have had is problems with all of our ongoing projects. Sadly, because John cannot handle an upset customer with legitimate concerns regarding installation problems, he has cancelled all of our installation projects. We just picked up a load of sand and landscape block from Lowe's. Thanks to Manager John, and employees Howard and Josh for helping load 2,700 pounds of block by hand!
I had 3 people walk right pass me, never once spoke, or seen if I needed any help with ANYTHING!!! I WILL CONTINUE TO TAKE MY BUSINESS TO HOME DEPOT. AT LEAST I FEEL LIKE I MATTER..
We are so satisfied with the service we received from two particular employees. Danna and Jaye were so helpful in the purchase of our washer and dryer on Nov.11. The are a great asset to the Sierra Vista store. Also, Lowe's provided free deliver, installation and removal of our old machines. Home Depot would not deliver to our area without a fee and would not install or remove the old machines. Thank you Lowe's.
Always have what I need, and great service from the cashiers and service desk! Way better than Home Depot here in Sierra Vista.
I admit I work here but I enjoy my job, people I work with and the customers! Being in the know I can tell you there are alot of hard working employees here that are dedicated to their jobs! The store manager John and management under him are awesome to work with!
