There are multiple employees here that either don’t care to learn their position or are too inconvenienced to help anyone. Customer service is a joke if you’re trying to return anything. Sue is the rudest person I’ve ever met and doesn’t listen to anything you say and Bryant can’t seem to figure out a return if his life depended on it. Forget about pushing a help button in lighting because no one is going to come, and if you press it in electrical they’ll come but they can’t answer any of your questions. Worst customer service ever! The employees give wrong directions for desired products. Self-checkout is the absolute worst! Theresa is too busy talking about a $5000 dog that she is buying from a crippled woman to help or even realize that she needs to help a customer. The manager Lisa is clueless and refused provide information of who to file a formal complaint! I will never step into another Lowe's again!
Plumbing and appliance employees act as if you're an inconvenience to them. Finally an older fellow came and helped us get what we needed. For the most part i would recommend Home Depot for better customer service and product/application knowledge.
This Rating would have been a "5" if not for a policy change that has gone into effect... Armed Forces/MIlitary ID cards are no longer honored for purchase discounts... Service members are being required to register a MyLowes account in order to receive their Military discount. My husband, a Retired Army Veteran, finds this very offensive and disrespectful to those who have served and continue to serve our country!!!
