Had an umbrella that kept breaking. Had 2 of them in less than 3 years and the same thing kept breaking on them and they were 182.00 umbrella's. Not real happy but Manager named Michael at Shawnee location let me pick an umbrella and gave us a really nice discount even though the 2nd umbrella we have put up with for 2 years. Thanks Lowe's and Michael.
Went to Home Dep#ot first ... they had what i needed but I couldn't get anyone to answer a question- even when multiple people were available - the workers would deliberately maintain a "busy" appearance and not make eye contact - left my purchase and drove across to Lowes. There the employees were more than willing to help. Even while I was being assisted by one employee - another employee seeing me standing at the counter waiting also asked if they could help. #loyaltoLowes
