I always appreciate the people at the Shawnee, KS store. We purchase what we need for home improvement and they love dogs! I'm able to bring my 4 month old German Shepherd in to train and socialize around other humans, sometimes dogs and strange noises. Plus they remembered her name after 1 visit and my little lady gets a dog biscuit. Love Lowe's
Normally I would never put a business on "Blast" but today at Lowe's in Shawnee the customer service - actually lack there of- of literally EVERY employee I encountered was beyond horrible! I was not offered help ONCE by any employee - was thrown an attitude by the two I did ask for help with getting me an item I could not lift myself... my favorite part of the whole trip was getting this door from the back of the store all the way to the front without any offer of help, and barely out to my car. I have had issues with some appliances I ordered, people with delivery were unclear and I wish the departments had better communication. Other that that- the appliances employees have all been very accommodating and friendly! Especially the manager! I would give them 5 stars on their own but given the other issues lowes has brought me as a whole- only giving four. Chuck the appliances manager is great!
Love this store and this location in particular. Most of the associates have worked there since opening or close. It's like a family know most employees by name.

John in the paint department is LESS than helpful. He reprimanded us for choosing the wrong stain, but had no suggestions that were better. Your website gives directions to stain interior concrete floors, but apparently you don't carry the supplies. Nice.
