Hello, My name is Randy. Today my mom came home from work telling me about a horrible and an embarrassing experience at Lowes in Shawnee Kansas. She was telling me for the second time my mom had an employee being rude, mean, unwilling, and unhelpful at the customer service center. I possible couldn't write everything that went wrong. Poor Detail/Quality from backsplash being done wrong. grout on the front of tile, the backsplash caving in on one section. Lowe's do not stand behind there work to make it right so now having to have it redone by another company. cabinet door handles put on wrong along with the way the doors opened. Had to leave work to get more materials they supposedly needed and then at the end actually did not even use them, they just didn't know how to measure. Jim promised to put a ... read more

Poor service at this store. Never any managers around to speak with. Employees are leaving left and right. The one's I have known for years have left. Lowe's you need to take care of your employees! Without them you are NOTHING!!!! This store has gone downhill since I have been shopping here which was from the store first opening.

I have now been waiting 2 hours for tile installers and was told they would be here shortly which still no one. Poor communication, poor professionalism, poor follow up. Will see how they perform if they ever get here
