I’ve work here and I shop here this is my Lowes and community
I have gone in rolla mo store 3 times in the past week and every time day or evening there are no cashiers but the one at the self check out ..today there was 20 people in front of me to get checked out and when asked to get another cashier they said we don’t have any one ..really.. I have spent at least $2000 they past week alone there but I can promise it won’t happen again Go to manards or family center there customer service is much better and they always have cashiers Bad you Lowe’s
Customer Service is a fantasy here. Awaiting delivery on appliance purchase, no help on phone calls...they act as if you are bothering them. If no answer tomorrow, will CANCEL.

Very frustrating experience buying blinds. The person I dealt with was overwhelmed and never followed through with what she said. This isn’t the job for her. Due to a sale, they kept getting back ordered (I understand this happens). But when they come in and they are the wrong size, that’s annoying. Then to top it, the reorder came in broken!! Management didn’t seem to care much and not very sympathetic with my situation. Let’s just say, I ordered these at Thanksgiving, and I still don’t have the correct blinds! Never again!... read more
