At this time, it would be nice if the Vernon Hills location would enforce the mask mandate in Illinois. They continue to allow some people to shop with small children (and an infant) and no masks whatsoever!! I would think they care about their employees and all customers? Certainly Lowe's Home Improvement there are other options for your customers to purchase from you other than shopping at your store and not complying with the mask mandate, correct? 😷 #dontbealindsay

I love those because they hired me back in 2009, and I always going to love working the one in the Vernon Hills location.
I purchased a dishwasher from Lowe's over three other stores because I was told my installation would be same day as delivery. I have the transcript to prove it. No communication of my purchase for installation after it was dropped off. 14 phone calls over a 3 day period and several messages to the Vernon Hills manager through an appliance rep. No returned phone call and no installation. The dishwasher is sitting in the middle of my kitchen. I am shocked at the lack of simple customer service.
