Severe disconnects exist between online ordering and in-store customer service. What I just posted on my page, Lowe's of North Tampa: To the two 20-something dudes at Lowe's who watched me load 8-foot landscape timbers in my cart without offering to help, just because I CAN do something, doesn't mean you shouldn't offer. Take a lesson from your 60-something co-worker collecting carts in the lot, who cheerfully offered to help me get them in the truck and whose assistance I gladly accepted. Sheesh.
