Awful customer service. Spent an hour in the store to get one thing and it was easier to google than ask 4 different sales associates for help who made me feel like I was dumb but also didn’t know the answer to anything I needed help with.
The flooring dept at Lowes has been a total nightmare! Im about to contact the BBB. Took 3 requests to get our estimate done. Then they never followed up for install. Once we followed up they lost the paperwork. Then they only delivered half the material. Installers said they screwed up the quote and we r being told we have to start all over again to finish the rest of the house. We have had to miss work for only a third of the job to be completed. Great place to shop and a wonderful company to work for!
This review and rating is only for Laura in the cabinets department. I had sworn off this store completely until my wife coaxed me back in to see new kitchen cabinets. Thankfully we worked with Laura - who was amazing. If I needed something I would bypass everyone else and head to Laura. Some of the cabinets we ordered arrived broken and she went above and beyond to locate replacements for us THE SAME DAY - she even inspected them and had them waiting at the front for me. The staff failed to clean up a pile of glass in the parking lot and I ran over it. When I notified the manager he was not at all sympathetic and simply said that he would have someone to clean it up. Luckily I do not appear to have any tire damage but he did not offer to have my tires checked or anything. And the only reason I was there was because I was trying to place a phone order and was on hold so long that I drove to the store and was still holding on the phone e when I walked into the store and pulled the order myself
