Always get what I need! Their plants are beautiful and the store is easy to navigate.
Lowe's and the Bissell carpet cleaner are horrible had much better cleaning from The Rug Doctor I rented at Publix I'll never rent from Lowe's again. I feel like I wasted $50
Still in store.. waiting 45 minutes for an associate to bring up a door from stock that was ordered online. Already paid, just waiting an insane amount of time for someone to grab it. Oh here comes the door.. Oh wait it looks like it's been kicked and keyed.. great.
Waited over 10 minutes after someone was paged and I called over the phone... and there were associates walking around after the pages... unbelievable. It's 8 in the morning and people have stuff to do.

I love Lowe's. My favorite department is the Garden Center.
We went last Saturday as we have done every year to get a Christmas Tree. Same store for 9 years. Well, it is now dead. All the needles are falling off from more than half way up The tree. The options given to me are return it for full refund or photos for half refund. Who is going to pay for my time decorating the 1st and now redecorating the second? I really am disappointed as we have made this a family tradition. Now we have to find a new one. We are sad....
Curtis delivered my new dishwasher today and things were a little different on his paperwork than what was planned. He was so great and professional and didn't even bat an eye. I appreciated not having to deal with any issues. He deserves a raise if that's how he is with every customer.
