Condescending, unhelpful, disrespectful and spiteful. Will NEVER come here again! It's closer but we will drive out of our way to avoid it. Mary in customer service ...doesn't realize she is customer service. What a joke!!!!
We love Lowes but will not return to this store. Had purchased 5 sheets of tile from Liberty store, which is no where near our house, we just happened to be near that store. The tile didn't work out so on one of our many trips to Lowes, we attempted to return the tile. They said no because we hadn't purchased it from their store. I have never had a Lowes tell me this. Very poor customer setvice at N Oak store. We have purchased a LOT from your store. You just lost a customer over $30. Really smart decision on your part. NOT.
