Still waiting for a store manager to call me back after my delivery order was somehow removed from the delivery today because a ticket wouldn’t print. Wtf! I’ve now wasted 3 hours of my day waiting.... about to call and cancel the order and go to Home Depot!!! Worst customer service ever!!!
Horrible customer service,will never spend another dime there.They tried to come with every excuse possible to keep from helping me in any way.I had a lady I wasn't even working with,chime in and say the manufacture date has something to do with the date it was purchased.I was just trying to exchange a defective tool for one that worked.
I had the worst experience. Ordered something online, paid for it online and I'm ready to pick it up and the store calls to tell me I can't have it. They have them in the store, my payment was processed and funds left my bank account but they refuse to give me my merchandise I paid for because of some glitch so it wrung up the wrong price and they won't honor it.
