This Lowes has to be the most poorly run store of all the Lowes I have shopped in, my daughter even works for one and she can’t believe how bad this location is, rude employees, employees who have NO knowledge of the store, lie to you face, trying to pay at a register is impossible, the self check is just a slap in face for the customer, I ordered a new kitchen stove last you’re, it did not show up until 3 months past the promised date, did they consider me no, jut lied, lied lied about when it would show up, now I ordered a... read more
They always have what you need and every worker is so nice, especially Steve!!!
Lowe's customer service is gone, or at least it seems to be for the store near us. We picked up several items today and proceeded to checkout, but there was no one at customer service and all of the checkout lanes were closed expect for the self-service lanes. As we approached self-service, we realized that some of our items would not be easily scanned using the flat-top scanner, so my wife asked the self-service clerk if they could assist us by using their scanning gun. A very knowledgeable lady named Chris helped me with flowers today. She was very gracious and I learned a lot from her during my visit. The checkout line in the garden center was very long. They need more help.
The staff were less than friendly. There were very few employees working and or difficult to locate. The only check outs open were self serve. They stopped cutting pvc pipe for their customers.
There installation services suck
