Waiting along time in return line. Asked another employee for more help and she stated flatly that the current employee could handle it. Wow
The flowers were in excellent condition and inviting. Example of excellent "product to market" and "supply chain."
Waiting on line to return a product for 30 minutes because there are 10 people returning products and 1 person working two cash registers. Better go to Home Depot.
I had a home refresh project in this area. I am going to miss the crew at this store, they've become like friends. They are always so helpful and patient. I've ordered online ship to store, needed to return things, my contractor needed materials and they helped me pay on the phone. I have never received anything but Excellent service and attitudes from anyone I've encountered. Keep these people, they are a valuable asset.
Poor customer service and deception. I wrote to corporate office regarding an issue and received a reply that senior store manager would contact me regarding my issue..and Never got a call back. We will never shop there again
