Hey Lowes! Is it normal for an Oven with your Lowes Protection Plan to take 3 WEEKS just to be seen? I'm on day 12 and still have another 9 days to go before you send someone out! Is this the level of service someone can get for paying extra for a Lowes Protection Plan???
I was doing a repair in the RV Monday. The Lowe’s on 620 is closest to the lot where it’s parked. Probably a third of the customers were unmasked, as well as a number of the employees. I know the store is in Austin, but not Travis County. Home Depot on Mopac was requiring masks for entry. Will not be shopping at Lowe’s until they show enough care to protect the public. The store in Central Austin also has unmasked employees.
The Customer Is Last At Lowes in Hutto. Zero Respect For Customers and Zero Effort Towards Customer Care or Service.

We bought a new cooktop and dishwasher on Labor Day. Excellent service. We were actually leaving for another big box store for 0% financing at 6 months. Until the greeter told us Lowe's was offering 0% for 1 yr! Oh yes!!! So happy we came to Lowe's first.
This store is always so busy and they don't have but one cashier. At tje customer service they don't like to check you out and there is always 2 or more people in tje customer service area. Get morw cashiets tp accommodate your customers.
