I have been a customer of this Huntersville store since it first opened. Over the years, I have been reasonably satisfied with products and customer service. Recently, I have had 2 bad experiences. First one, dealt with a purchase of a Bosch dishwasher which was in stock and would be installed in about a week. Three weeks later of dealing with local store (the appliance manager and salesman who had sold the appliance were useless and very unhelpful) and no dishwasher.
