Worst store ever. Paid for the old appliance pick up with the new delivery. And they refused to take it. No one answers the phones and they say they can't do anything about it when you do speak to someone. Think twice about using this location. The majority of their employees are rude and have no clue how to do their job
Went to spend a good amount of money on brand new washer and dryers however the employees are so poorly trained and rude that I had to cancel my transaction and go to a different location. They tried to over charge me for hoses I didn't need and insisted my address was correct for delivery even though I told them the zip was wrong. The concord location is MUCH better than Northlake.
I found some paint for the bedroom and was out of there in 30 minutes! So I was happy.
