Can’t walk 1/2 the isles around builders supply. Been waiting for the cashier to figure out what he’s doing. Puss poor. I’ll go to Home Depot from now on
Our floors may finally be fixed this week after a month of our downstairs being demo’d and the project being halted because Lowe’s sold us shitty flooring. Every interaction we have had with this company has had some sort of issue. Can not wait for this to be over and we will never use Lowe’s again for another project.
Terrible customer service in the kitchen cabinets area. Have been trying to order kitchen countertops for over a week now with no luck. Apparently they only have one person that can do this in the whole store and he’s either never there, or too busy, and doesn’t return calls. Beyond frustrated.
Love going to Lowes. The staff is always nice and knowledgeable. I never go in and get what I came for.
We went to Lowe’s for some paint to finish a job we started and Jason was beyond knowledgeable, thoughtful and had the best personality. Then when we checked out Katie went out of her way to help with purchases that were located outside the store. While trying to load what we had just into a small compact car, she knew of another associate named David that was great at getting items in small areas.
