I've had the worst experience with the flooring installation service. The carpet was supposed to be installed three weeks after purchase, but they had to delay it without giving clear explanations why. Everyone we talked to was giving us different reasons. We had to wait for an additional 5 weeks for them to call us for the new installation date. TL;DR: Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT use their flooring installation service or any of their professional services at that. You will be without a complete install for MONTHS because no one knows what they are doing and seriously could not care less about resolving it. They got their money, wtf do they care? the staff there is always very helpful, the coffee is always hot but the store does lack donuts!..management is always on point and the deals there are ok!

This store is just getting worse, Saturday and Sunday are usually the days that DIY folks are out getting supplies. There are several ladies waiting for someone to cut lumber, after 30 minutes and four announcements they started to walk away and leave. I try to help by calling the store number but it did not help. The manger needs to know they cannot just rely on contractors for business.
Customer service has been horrible the past couple of times I have gone. Red vest huddled around talking about personal business and not assisting. When you try to ask for help they send you to another department where nobody is. I will drive the extra 15 minutes to the Huntersville Lowe’s where my Customer Service has been 100 times better.
