I have been to the store every day this week. Every person I asked for help (there were a few) bent over backwards to cut my lumber, cut my drywall, and even refund my $3 for buying the wrong nails. Props to the employees at Lowes!
Taking my Christmas Tree down yesterday was a disaster. So dry, despite water being in the tree stand, a pile of needles to sweep up.
Marty was extremely helpful and went way beyond what I expected in order to make sure I left with the lawn mower I had ordered on-line. He was tenacious, even calling the supplier and finding out the ups delivery information. He was amazing! Thanks Marty.
