Horrible customer service!!! Very sad to see Lowes go downhill
Why do you bother with a separate line for online order pickups when you're never staffed to handle the workload. We waited in the "online pickup" line and not one employee told us to use the other customer service line. Basically lost our 'place in line' by a few people before we sought someone to direct us. Any one of the customer service reps at the returns area could have said something but no. Both of them just let us stand there. That is lousy service. Take the sign down and have one line. Lowes Arlington Heights has the worst customer service ever. My husband and I purchased Pergo flooring three years ago the flooring started breaking in cracking. The floor was replaced by the same install crew who installed it. Now the same air is happening again and they're blaming it on the fact that I use a wheelchair in my home. They are refusing to stand behind their product and they're only solution is for me to purchase a different type of floor.
