I called Lowe’s late in the evening, I wanted a small cart for my lawn tractor, and the girl taking my call this evening confirmed they had it. I asked if it could be brought up to the CS counter, and when I arrived it was there waiting for me. Thanks Lowe’s team , very satisfied customer here!!!!

Bought a patio door there 4 years ago and have been very happy with the door and the installation So I thought I’d go back for a sliding bedroom window ......a really bad experience this time. The installer needs to come back a 3rd time. It has been a shoddy job, we’re talking one window. I’ll never get anything that they contract out to have installed again. Plus they lost a customer cause one of my neighbors was going to get a window too. Not now!!

I walk in and all of the employees are in a meeting at the front of the store. An elevated ladder is blocking aisles so I can't push my cart down an aisle. No one is around to help me locate an item. When the meeting ends they are all in their little groups talking among themselves instead of helping customers or working. I don't know why I even bother giving you another chance, same experience last time. Poor customer service. I will go to a different store. No idea how you stay in business.

On 5/31/18 I was traveling to Minnesota from Ohio. My car was totaled on I-90 after being hit by another car. It was 90 degrees out, I was travelling with my dog and I needed to get somewhere safe while I waited for a friend. The State Trooper didn't know where he could take me that would allow my dog inside. I asked him if there was a Lowes near by. We have ordered carpeting and when we upgraded the padding on the order the store completely changed the type of carpet we were to receive. The carpet arrived this morning with the incorrect type of carpeting and with us moving into our home on Friday we have been told that they cannot get the carpet we purchased for 3-6 weeks to install in our home. I needed a new washing machine ASAP. I read online that they had next day delivery if an item was in stock. My local Best Buy would have taken 5 Days for delivery. I found one in store, was helped quickly and I got the automated installer call that night. I had my new washer delivered and installed by 10:30 the next day. Thanks Lowe’s!

Do not shop at Lowes. Terribly disappointed in Lowes Rebate program. What a terrible experience. Will never shop in Lowes again. Never received my rebate after spending quite few $$$.
