Currently sitting at Lowes. Have been here for 25 minutes. Have made 4 requests for customer service. The last two I was apologized to but still no one has shown up.this is after coming here two hours ago and finally leaving after the person I was told could answer my question never came. When he did not show I was told maybe he is at lunch. Came back two hours later and was told he was at lunch again. At this point I am interested how bad the customer service can be
But there’s 2 young lady’s in flooring helping and boys just walking around doing nothing. Wish these men or boys could learn from these lady’s. And be more helpful towards Customers and not walking away.
My spouse ordered a grill on 6/3, which was scheduled to be delivered between 8am-12noon on 6/12, with the haul off of our old grill. At 10:00 she called, spoke with Olga, was told it was on the truck for delivery. At 5:30 PM, Ryan, a manager, stated it was NEVER but on the truck for delivery today & he was going to find out why & call me back in a few minutes. He never called back. I always enjoy stopping at this location on our way home. The store is clean, easy to get around w/large pieces in cart, mostly fully stocked and staff is knowledgeable, courteous and always very helpful.
@Lowes installed these #hurricane windows which leaked for 6 months & now claims is trying to tell new installer how to reinstall windows in the cheapest possible way instead of writing him a check..
