Without a doubt the worst customer service in the garden center. I walk in to a group of men, (employees) standing in a circle discussing Pokémon. They never look up or acknowledge me. This has happened multiple times to me at this store and I’m done. It’s very intimidating for a woman to walk up and have to interrupt a conversation like this to ask for help. They should be asking me. Get it together Lowe’s, you aren’t the only game in town.

This store seriously should be shut down or they need a whole new management team. Every single time I visit this particular store-I am left frustrated and disappointed. Their flooring dept is unorganized and they provide false qoutes. When you ask for customer service assistance, you are left waiting for over 10 mins (yes, I timed it). Then when you communicate your disappointment, all they can say is sorry without trying to correct the issue. I witnessed many of the staff members congregating. Bought and paid for a grill on memorial day. now more than two weeks later, have not been called that grill has arrived, just sat on hold for 15 minutes trying to find out status before being disconnected. Other stores in the area have the grill I ordered in stock but seems lowes can't move a piece of merchandise to another store nor can I go to another location and pick up what I have paid for without getting a refund and going to another location and buying it outright (probably losing my Memorial day savings).
I take back my Lowe's rant. 2 very nice representatives (Elizabeth and Lisa)helped me to get a gift card in place of the rebate. I don't know their last names, but I hope Lowe's can figure out who helped me. They should get credit for bringing back a customer. Thanks to both of them, I will continue going to Lowe's. Thanks to both of them for their help.
apparently the store closed at 9. Please correct the hours online and Facebook.
What gives Lowe's? My oven delivery sched'd on Dec 1st. No show. Schedule change to Dec 5th. But again a no show. I received no notification on this change, btw. Had to call 800 number to find out. Called store it's supposed to ship from, they have my oven, but not scheduled for delivery. Huh? "Sorry", they said yesterday, they'd deliver this morning. No show. Called back. Another mgr says not even on a truck. This is the same store that said it would be delivered this morning. I get the issues b/w online and physical store ... read more
