I purchased 3 vegie plants yesterday, sign said 3 for $9.00. When i got home i realised they charged me $4.39 each.Took them with my reciept today, and explained what occurred. The worker replied, scolding me, that they have No Sales going on right now! She treated me like i was lying and said i was getting $13.14 back, i had to ask if it was put back on my card, as she gave no further info. I waited 2hrs for them to bring my online purchase. the registers were closed only the self help area was open. only one person in the customer service area. I've been calling them since 9am NO DEPARTMENT answers. when I got there I was ignored.
We have been in the process of ordering custom cabinets and we have consistently had to follow up. We went to finalize things, sign the contract and pay, and yet again we’re kept waiting for almost an hour. I will eat the time and money I’ve already spent. I’m done with the bad service and will go order cabinets elsewhere.
Only 2 registers open...are you serious. Self-Checkout at that. You had a bunch of managers walking around looking important, but ZERO people running registers.
Horrible service and no help at store. The five employees there passed on helping by using excuses why they couldn’t help. Ended up having to load a toilet myself and 14 yr. old grandson. At checkout, they couldn’t help load because someone had gone home early!! Will never shop there again. There were only 3 other shoppers in the store. VERY POOR customer service.
