The worst customer service ever! Never going back. Home Depot is definitely better.
Great customer service! The store is in excellent shape, friendly atmosphere, greeters at the entrance and exit. Very knowledgeable staff. It made my shopping easier to have someone help me every step of the way. Parking lot was not full of carts everywhere, it was clean and well-lighted.
😡😡 so I call to make sure they have fire logs and yes they do lots but NO ONE IN STORE THAT CAN USE A LIFTER TO BRING THEM DOWN. Nothing in the store that is high up on a shelf can’t get sold 😡😡😡😡
Not big on Lowes but didn't have a choice cause I wasn't in my town. This Lowes in Brownsville changed my whole perspective!!! Great customer service all around!!! Way to go Brownsville👍
