Kobalt 80 V lawnmower: I am fighting with Lowes and Kobalt; I bought a new mower back in Oct and now one of the batteries will not charge. Lowe's is now denying any warranty with Kolbat
Dear Lowe’s, your customer service is honestly really bad. I’ve had the worst experiences with your workers. Although your merchandise is good your workers don’t know how to treat customers.
Look at the mess Lowe’s left us. Oh on my neighbor’s property.

Went looking for a 650 lumens appliance bulb, asked the service desk for help, they said we're going to send someone, fifteen minutes later nobody showed up,then I went to the appliance area to ask if they had a matching bulb, she said ask tom, he said wait for me by the bulbs I'll be there shortly, after waiting twenty minutes I walked out, service is bad, nobody helped, if I would wait until someone showed up I'd be sleeping there,
It's awesome place to see where you need for your house things.
