Horrible experience at Lowe's Ventura, California....I live in Ventura but I ended up going to Lamps Plus and paying more for exchange of great service. Review my Facebook page.....it's all there, my terrible experience with employees and a SM who was too lazy to get his butt out of his chair playing on his phone....I will never shop there again. I would hope with all your layoffs your employees would engage more.....not at Ventura....I returned everything!
Too difficult to get things done. Nothing can be handled easily. Wanted to be in and out. Took almost an hour!
Terrible! The quality of items is nice. However, the contractors they sub out to are TERRIBLE. Ours has turned a 3-4week kitchen/bath over haul, into almost 7 weeks with no kitchen and almost 2 weeks with no bathroom. Even after Lowes got involved we have had no luck, and no real complete date in site. Just excuse after excuse. Take my advice, if you are considering using them for ANY remodel work, don't just walk away, RUN!!!
Poor customer service, it seems like they don't want my money.
