Bathroom was filthy when it first opened. Employees standing there watching a long line of customers struggling with self checkout without offering to help.
I have come into the store in the last three years and many of times and today was the first time somebody had told me about getting a card to save money I was grateful I got a discount on everything that I got today so happy thank you to all that cashier..😀
Lowes installed 20 hurricane windows almost 4 months ago. Installers admit that they sealed windows to the vinyl siding instead of the underlying waterproofing layer but LOWES still researching 'causation' while my house gets damaged with every rain. https://youtu.be/kBGkQlZUELE Below shows my house with plastic flapping in the wind. Worse experience of my life....$1200 for a hot water tank & the salesman screwed up...hot water tank was to be installed today-New Years but now won’t be installed until after New Years Day!!!!! 5 days now & still NO HOT WATER!!! Salesman & salesgirl were so rude, laughing at my situation....after I finally get my water tank installed I WILL NEVER EVER USE LOWES AGAIN!!!!!! NEVER!!!!!!!!
Have had the worse experience with having building material delivered. Now going on two weeks of trying to get it. One excuse after another why it's not being delivered. We just live down the street and they seem to not be able to find us. If it fit in our truck, would have picked it up. You would "think" they would care about small and big purchases but don't even try and call the store!! They never answer or you get hung up on. Sooo in the END. We do a lot of building and they have lost our business.!!!
