LOWE'S PROTECTION PLAN IS WORTHLESS: I purchased a washer from Lowe's 1 year and 1 month ago. I filed a claim on my warranty through the Lowe's Protection Plan when the cold water valve broke. Lowe's contracted with Active Appliances in Van Nuys, California, to fix it. It took a week to get Active Appliances to my home and then two more weeks for Active Appliance to order the part. I saw the camera set up at Lowes and the first thing that came to my mind was “ why haven,t any other stores thought of having these cameras put into place right after the first night of looting? Not sure if it was Ventura Police that made the suggestion about using cameras or if it was Lowes that did some research and did it on their own but either way I hope other stores do the same.
My wife and I have been on hold for about 3 hours collectively and when we get through to anyone, they put us back to the main menu. They are unresponsive and no help whatsoever after damaging my dishwasher.
Absolutely horrible business. Do not order anythingthey lie to your face to make the sale and then will tell you it will take a week longer due to shipping but come to find out our 2k refrigerator is sitting in the back of the store. They WILL BURN YOU!!!!! Home Depot will have every dollar I spend in a hardware store.
Been waiting outside 30 minutes for a store pickup and can’t get anyone to bother to pick up the phone. If you buy any appliances here you’re better off installing them yourself, rather than having their delivery and installation team screw your stuff up!
By taking care of business and not making it so difficult to contact a human. I spent 45 minutes on the phone this morning and was unable to reach anyone. This was do discuss an order that had been paid for but then cancelled. I can safely say I have never done business with a company that was so poorly managed.
