They could honor their commitment to their customers. EVERYTIME we have ordered product to be delivered from Lowes there is an issue. Your customer service is horrible. I have been waiting all day for a delivery that I was promised to be delivered to me today 12/17. We did not receive a call to notify us that the order would not be delivered, I had to call them to find out the aren't delivering. 18 months ago we had same type of issues with Lowes, with a remodel. Should of learnedfrom then and gone to Home Depot.
A lovely woman at 0694 in the garden center checked me out with a smile, brought me a a water (wow) and called for someone to help me load the landscaping stones and heavy bags of gravel into my car. Much appreciated!
Worst customer service ever. Adley was very rude. They just lost me as a customer.

I was in the store looking at refrigerators. They had one that had been returned because of a ice maker problem. It had a price of 1700.00 repaired. It is NASTY!! Open the door oh my goodness. People you need to check your stuff and clean before you put it out for sale.
