Waited 20 mins for help no one showed up. Then approached a manger and she said oh well. Definitely won’t be going back. Sad customer service is definitely gone.

I recently bought a John Deere E100 riding mower at the Rogers store. Love the mower but noticed some uneven places after first mowing. I checked the tire pressure. Back tires are supposed to be 10#. One was 20# and one was 24#. Front tires way overinflated as well. Surprised they took that much air without blowing. Don’t know if they came from the factory that way or it happed at the store. I’d suggest if you buy one that you check before first mowing.

this store only has self check out, i could just go to bella vista, that store has very helpful people and is a lot better managed then the rogers store

Customer service has drastically gone downhill. They don't answer the phone and when they do they are extremely rude and not helpful! I will be going to Home Depot from now on!

I was stuck in line at the garden center for 15 minutes because apparently this is the place to ask questions and decide what you want. I asked the neighboring register if they could check us out since we had been waiting for so long. She told me to wait in line. I found someone else to come and maybe try to figure out what the problem was. Nothing. Finally register was free. No apology. No explanation. From anyone. Don’t expect any customer service because you won’t find it at the garden center.

I was there to get some lattice and have it cut to sizes I meed to put on my deck. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and helpful. Get to the check out and the cashier starts scolding me for having it cut. Going on and on about it like I should have known better. WTH maybe instead of taking it out on the customers they try training properly. Cutomer service is terrible anymore.

I would not step foot in this store again. They have no customer service! I have talked to the manager and he is full of excuses but no answers I have been a long time customer and in the last few months this store has made me decide to drive across town to Homer Depot! Hope you all can get it together for the customers you still have.

This is the second time this week I've gone in to get lumber and there were no lumber carts to be found. The place is always a mess. The management doesn't seem to exist. I flip houses and spend a considerable amount of money in home improvement stores; this Lowe's will no longer be one of them.

The Pluming Dept is beyond ridiculous!! Rude people who work here who don’t seem at all interested in assisting customers. Spend hundreds of dollars a week remodeling a home and every time I come in to get ANY plumping repair supplies, there isn’t a sole anywhere around. Pages doesn’t work and the store manager just says push the button. Not s@$ like I haven’t tried that for almost and hour. Walk out and into Home Depot down the road and in and out in less that 5 minutes. Was a life time Lowes Customer, not any longer. What’... read more
