Worst customer service and seldom has complete or quantity to finish even simple projects. Management is very poor, employees hard to find and don't seem to want to be there working, and none are educated in their department. I visited this location twice a day for over two and a half years and watched it get worse with each visit, with never an apology for the repeated bad experiences. Try the tru value across the street if you want to remember what customer service is, they get my money now.
We bought a lot of carpet from Lowe's when we moved in to our home and maybe one year later bought the same carpet for our 2 sons bedrooms. First delivery of carpet I refused because it looked nothing like original carpet; second delivery I looked at it in the truck and said 'um ok that looks better' but i had to leave before installation was complete (prob my mistake) and the carpet still is not a match but my problem was the installers were completely reckless in removing doors and putting them back on, the paint in the ha... read more
Purchased fencing and installation services from Lowes East, the person who came out to do the estimate was great but for three weeks now they have told me the installer will call to arrange the install and not a peep! Wondering if this fence will EVER be installed! Calling the store is no help because there is never a human in the install office to talk to.
