I found a little entry way bench in the home decor section. I was disappointed by the display because it looked like someone put it together wrong as it had unfinished edges on the front of it. To my surprise, when I put it together it also had unfinished edges on the front. It only goes together one way, so it’s not an error on my part. One cashier in a Saturday. This place doesn't care about customers. There were times in the self check out and a huge line at the only cashier available.

Lowes get your shit together! I made 2 orders to be picked up today! I sent my husband to pick it up and they gave us the wrong item!! Twice they cancelled my dishwasher because you guys don't know what the heck inventory is! Lowes Fairfax is even worse! You over price your items and you have zero customer value!
Been waiting on a vanity install since May 28th. I have mad many trips to the store to get resolution with no satisfaction. Hell I paid for the damn thing. Am going tomorrow morning to get a refund. I used to love this store but with the cutbacks it is becoming just like a store called Hechingers that went out of business because lack of customer service. Also wonder why installation company does not call me, is there something else going on that the public is not aware of?
Once again this year , ordered appliances from Lowes, and received a call from their delivery department confirming delivery today at 9am. No one showed up. I have been on the line with them for 30 min so far, and they dont seem to know what happened, and when my items will be delivered. This is the second time!
