We ordered a gas stove online and received a two week delivery date. Product arrived Saturday - DAMAGED. Our first interaction with the appliance manager was positive - he apologized and inserted a note to provide us a discount. Today we received a call from a sales person who said our delivery was yet another 2 weeks away and that he was not authorized to provide a discount. I waited all day for a delivery. Now they say they cancelled it. They never called me. I called them. I wasted an entire day.
Been trying to exchange a badly damaged chair from an outdoor dining set for 3 weeks. Today I call about the status and I was hung up on, put on hold several times without the phone even being answered and the last straw was they simply put the phone down and I got to listen to them go about their business for 18 minutes. I was told 3 weeks and 1 day ago a new chair would be ordered for me and haven't been contacted since. Come on Lowes, I live much closer to Home Depot but travel to your store....how about a little help.
I ordered about 3K worth of items to remodel 2 bathrooms. on 5/2/2018. It said it would be delivered by 5/22. So we hired the contractor as up to the week before it was still supposed to be in on 5/22. The morning of 5/21 I called and they said the delivery date was changed to 5/24 as most items were not in yet. No one contacted me.
