Lowe's has the best selection of bolts, by far. They also have the best selection of fasteners, including those used in cars that the dealer wants a fortune for.
This was the worst customer service I have ever had. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION. I purchased a shed over a month ago still no shed and no refund yet. They will steal your money and make promises all day long on how they will make it right but they still haven't made it right and I even called the CEO's office of Lowe's and still no help.
Store is clean, bright, and cheerful! Proactive, helpful staff! Highly recommended.
Worst customer service we have ever experienced with any retailer. We went to pick up a special order kitchen cabinet (already paid for) and employees tried to give us cabinets we already had. Then they accused us of trying to steal cabinets and had to get their loss prevention person to review security footage. For cabinets we already paid for! Would give 0 stars if we could. Nice layout, very bright interior. Seems to be horribly understaffed however. One very helpful staffer was brought in from another location, but unfortunately was not given access to that particular store's computer system to help us schedule a visit from a contractor.
