My husband and I attempted to buy the kitchen bundle (appliances) for their annual Labor Day sale two weeks ago (8/28). I came in not knowing what I needed.. The guys in the lumber dept helped me cut my wood to size gave me great suggestions and loaded it on to my truck.. I went back again same great service..
One of your employees named Katie left me a voicemail about a trailer I bought. So I called right back and was informed that there was no Katie there. Then instead of transferring me, she hung up. Now nobody in any department is capable of answering a phone after 5 calls. Am I to believe that there's no operator or nobody in the paint section or the lumber department at 1:30 on a weekday? I guess I'll continue to drive my family around in car with that trailer attached assuming everything is fine....

PSA - Do NOT use Lowe's in Leesburg, VA. We had a HORRIBLE experience getting a simple back splash for our kitchen ordered and installed. It took almost 3 months from start to finish to order and get installed. No one answers the phones at the store and the customer service was horrible. I ended up calling the corporate office, which was even worse - promises with NO action. After a month I'm STILL waiting from a call back from corporate in regards to our experience. Unfortunately, there is a complete lack of communication within the management structure in this location. After two weeks, the store has been unable to effectively communicate between team members and managers to process a refund of over $1,100. I would not recommend making any major purchases at this location since they seem unable to resolve the issues that come with the sale of defective products.
Great selection and service...and appreciate the Military discount!
