I'm hard pressed to even give you a 1 star! You deserve a negative star! Your installation department is full of liars. I was told they would "call me Thursday or Friday" to schedule my dishwasher installation. Well I had to call them and they said they had two days to call me so I should get a call by Monday! Let's see, that is FIVE days after I purchased my appliance. It wouldn't be so bad if the "manager" is spoke to wasn't so rude!

My most recent visit to Lowe's on Nevada was nothing short of disappointing. My Husband and I spent over 40 minutes waiting for a guy who said he would be back to help us in 5. Given the cercomstances (understaffed busy time of day) I be live the guy erned an A. Overall my visits to Lowe's have been very efficient. The staff are very knowledgeable and there are usually plenty of them their. The prices are better then other stores selling similar products. I will gladly return of the need arises.
Went to buy a washer and dryer set, and had the delivery date set for a week later because I was going on vacation. I wasn't told that they do calls 1-2 days before to confirm, but was told they would call me the day of to set a time, and because I couldn't be reached, they didn't put the washer and dryer on the truck. I'm beyond irritated, and will never shop at a Lowes ever again.

Delivery people polite and competent but refused to clean up tracked in mud and water. I usually tip delivery people, but not when they leave a mess.
