Every time I come here I get horrible customer service, prices were missed marked they ring up at the register I have to go to customer service waste my time I’m literally never shopping at Lowe’s again I hate your store! Also literally got into a fight with a girl at the service desk over my fathers military discount way to treat a veteran!

customer service, customer service, customer service, customer service. By far one of the worst website on line. If I ever run across a Lowes associate that doesn't have a stick up their butt I will know that hell froze over. Don't ever try to contact them cause you'll waste days of your life attempting to do so.

Walked into Lowe's a about 8am to drop off carpet cleaner. The store was slow; most employees were either standing around or walking around empty-handed. There was one gentleman in front of me, and four people behind the customer service counter, one of which was on the phone. After 15min of waiting I ask the man in front of me if he'd been helped yet, and he replied 'no'. Not enforcing "no mask, no service." Makes for very tense and unsafe experience. Won't go back until they enforce public safety mandates and show that they care about the health of their customers.

Heads up folks. I’m sitting here as my sister is dealing with this store. Two weeks ago she bought a refrigerator from this store. They said delivery was two weeks out because the store doesn’t carry back stock (no problem with that), which is this past Saturday. She got a phone call last Tuesday, I was sitting here listening to the whole thing. The salesman told her he had called the manufacturer and that the refrigerator would arrive in the store on Wednesday or possibly Thursday, for delivery on Saturday. She would get a ... read more

Be careful buying plants at this store!! I bought an Aloe plant LOADED with fruit flies. I will not be buying any more plants from this store. Trying to save this plant now and having to quarantine it away from my other plant. Not what I expected when bought it!

Ordered a grill and some other stuff on May 1 to the tune of around $600, was told it would be delivered between 8 and 8 on May 5. No delivery showed up. Called store at 8:15 to ask what was going on. Took calling 3 times to finally get to someone named "Gabby" around 8:35 who was very rude and said basically she didnt know anything and didnt know who would. When I told her I was thinking of canceling the order and take my business elsewhere she acted like she could care less. The money has already come out of my account so ... read more

The store manager is a joke. I have worked retail longer than he has been alive and he does not know how to run a store. Had a problem at the store and instead of helping he told me don’t make a scene and showed me the door. He was pumping up like he wanted to fight. Should have let him.

I am DONE doing business with Lowe's!! Never got my granit counter fixed/replaced! Never got them to replace/fix the refrigerator so the light stays on! The blinds I ordered last May/June never got delivered, then got damaged and now I don't know what/where they are. I have waited ALL day for them to deliver the door I ordered last MAY/June, that got damaged, reordered and now when I looked at the tracking for the delivery, it is not coming till HOURS past the expected time of delivery!!!!
