I went into the store to schedule for someone to measure my house for some carpet installation. That went great and so did the measurement. Two days later I received a voicemail saying the measurement was ready to be reviewed and to call so I could pick out the carpet and get a quote. My brother is an OTR trucker who delivered some supplies to you and a couple of your employees were completely rude to him! He delivered your supplies and stayed up all night to make sure he got it to you on time and he was treated like a dog!
I would just like to take a minute to thank you for raising your fence material prices by about 25% right after the January 9 severe windstorm in Colorado Springs. The people of Colorado Springs really appreciate you gouging them when they needed your services most. Regards-incredibly unhappy fence contractor that spends $200,000 at your store annually. Or used to. Home Depot it is.
We purchased a major appliance from them and were told a delivery window time. Needless to say they were an hour and a half past the delivery window they had given. When my husband called he was treated very poorly. To top it off the delivery drivers told us they couldnt install it because we didnt buy parts for it! We were told by the salesman we didnt need the parts since we already owned them. We wont be buy any other major appliances from this store again. Buyer beware. We ordered a washer/dryer set on 11/15 and told it would be delivered in 3-5 days. We called on the 19th to get an update and told it would be delivered today (11/21). My husband called to see when we should expect delivery and was told it would be delivered on the 25th because they were busy with deliveries and couldn't fit them on the truck.
