WORST INSTALLATION OF A FRIDGE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER EVER SHOP HERE, AND ESPECIALLY NEVER GET THE WORTHLESS INSTALL TEAMS TO INSTALL FOR YOU!!!!! I had purchased a refrigerator and had it installed by Lowes. The installer tore through my floor. Mark, the installer, had stated that he would notify management and I would be receiving a callback. Three days later, no call, I took it upon myself to call the store directly. The manager stated that she had no record of the incident, but would get back to me. I purchased a vanity top at Lowe’s August 2018. The first vanity arrived broken from US Marble, 8 weeks later the second vanity arrived- wrong style and wrong size, 2 month later the correct vanity was finally installed but the backsplash was damaged, 8 weeks later the wrong backsplash arrived. I was told that it would only take 2 weeks to get the correct size backsplash. It’s now another 6 weeks later and calls to Lowe’s are not answered or returned. It’s now April 19, 2019. Long story short, terrible customer service! Told one thing over the phone, told something entirely different when I got to the store. Bobbi was the ‘Manager’ I dealt with who would not honor what I was told over the phone. I would highly recommend avoiding this location at all costs!
Friendly staff and fast service
This place has the WORST customer service! My husband insists that we come here and I just cringe knowing that it will take at least an hr and a half to get something that should have only taken 15 min. It happens every time, and with this time my husband called customer service 3 times..
